On the Strategy of Preschool Education Reform and High Quality Development

Abstract


Today, preschool education provides an unprecedented opportunity for development. The education planning program will accelerate the development of preschool education as an important step in the implementation of the education priority development strategy, and defi nes the strategic goal of universal education. At this new stage in the history of the horizontal development of early childhood education, we are faced with a diffi cult historical task: strengthening scientifi c protection must be apriority on the agenda, while accelerating development. In the absence of quality assurance, it is diffi cult to fulfi ll the public service function of preschool education, let alone fulfi ll the major historical mission of laying the foundation for the lifetime development of hundreds of millions of children and the future comprehensive strength of the country. Therefore, the implementation of the Guide to Child Learning and Development and the active application of the concept of active education are essential to promote quality preschool education reform and scientifi c development.
