On the Virtual Teaching and Research Room of English Major

Abstract


The teaching and research section is one of the most important grass-roots teaching organizations in colleges and universities, which undertakes the task of implementing various teaching work, and plays an important role in gathering front-line teachers, improving the teaching quality of colleges and universities, and formulating teaching and research directions. With the maturity of network teaching technology, the concept of virtual teaching and research offi ces has gradually emerged. Traditional teaching and research offi ces are set up according to diff erent professional directions of the school, while the setting of virtual teaching and research offi ces of disciplines can cross the boundaries between schools and across professional boundaries, realizing the sharing of discipline teaching and teaching and research resources. In the process of the construction of the discipline virtual teaching and research offi ce, it is also necessary to defi ne the operating rules of the teaching and research offi ce, ensure that the teaching and research offi ce can give consideration to the characteristics of integrity and individuality, give full play to the advantages of the Internet platform free from space and time constraints, and promote the integration and intercommunication of inter school and professional resources.
