Comparison of Chinese and Japanese Diff erences in land-scape Architecture Education

Abstract


Landscape Architecture is a fi eld that involves the design, planning, and management of outdoor spaces and requires a combination of diff erent skills and knowledge. The importance of Landscape Architecture education is emphasized as it helps produce professionals who can design sustainable and livable outdoor spaces. The purpose of the paper is to compare and con-trast the current state of Landscape Architecture education in China and Japan, and to off er insights and suggestions for future improvements.
