How to Cultivate English Normal Students’Teaching and Scientific Research Ability

Abstract


Teaching and scientifi c research ability is one of the necessary professional skills for English teachers. For normal students, strengthening the cultivation of students’ teaching and scientifi c research ability can help students to better adapt to the requirements of English teaching in their future teaching work. Based on this, this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of teaching and scientifi c research ability of English teachers, starting with the teaching requirements of the new English curriculum standard, and puts forward the specifi c strategy of the cultivation of teaching and scientifi c research ability. I hope I can provide some suggestions for English teacher teaching.
