The Application of Dynamic Stratifi cation Teaching Method in Yoga Classroom Teaching

Abstract


In the process of modernization teaching reform in our country continues to develop, more and more teachers and parents begin to pay attention to the development of the students’ physical quality, will not limit their eyes to the student’s theory course learning, but will promote the healthy development of students’ mind and body by optimizing the physical education mode. In the current teaching reform, some schools set up yoga courses, so that students can exercise the balance and fl exibility of the body while learning the knowledge content of other courses, and keep the body and mind soft. In order to improve the quality and effi ciency of yoga classroom teaching, teachers can adopt dynamic stratifi ed teaching method to conduct diff erential teaching for students with diff erent learning abilities and physical conditions, so as to improve the applicability of teaching forms. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the feasibility of dynamic stratifi ed teaching method in yoga classroom teaching, and then proposes corresponding teaching methods to refl ect the substantive role of dynamic stratifi ed teaching method.
