Empirical Analysis of Strategies to Improve Teachers’Satisfaction in Private Colleges and Universities
Abstract
This paper has used the method of questionnaire to investigate the satisfaction of teachers in a private university in Shaanxi Province.The survey results showed that the highest degree of satisfaction was“faculty construction”,and the lowest degree of satisfaction was“students’learning”.Finally,based on the analysis of satisfaction,several suggestions were put forward to improve the satisfaction of teachers in private colleges and universities.
