Exploration of Ways to Improve Undergraduate Education by College-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract

In recent years, school-enterprise cooperation has gradually deepened, and new opportunities and challenges have appeared. Since its establishment in 2018, the Entrepreneur Counselor Program of the School of Economics and Management of Shanghai Maritime University has gradually formed a path of joint education between universities and enterprises. The project shows that the cooperation between colleges and universities and enterprises is conducive to deepening the teaching of ideological and political education, and improving the comprehensive quality of students. It is necessary for the government to give policy support and deepen cooperation with various activities to benefi t undergraduate teaching and enterprises’ demand for human resources.
