Exploration on the Infl uence of Informatization on the Management Mode of Archives

Abstract

With the continuous development of science and technology, the number of electronic users has increased sharply, and the advent of the information age has brought many opportunities and challenges to all fi elds, including archives management.Traditional archives management is more inclined to paper records, and there are disadvantages such as trouble fi nding and inconvenient transportation. In order to realize the sustainable development of archives work, all departments should constantly promote the informatization process of archives management, which requires archives to constantly explore, fi nd a suitable development path for themselves, and realize the transformation from entity mode to information mode. But the transformation process will certainly face a lot of problems, such as electronic information is perishable and many other problems need to be overcome. Based on this, the article briefl y describes the analysis and infl uence of archives management mode under the background of information age, as well as some corresponding eff ective solutions, so as to improve the effi ciency and quality of archives management.
