Research on the”Dual Teacher”Training Strategy of Application-oriented Universities Based on Total Quality Management Theory

Abstract


The comprehensive quality management theory is consistent with the path of internality development with quality as the core in universities.This paper attempts to explore the training strategies of”double-teacher type”teachers in Chinese applied universities from the perspective of comprehensive quality management theory and diff erent countries such as the United States,-Germany and Britain under the perspective of national conditions.
