Exploration and Practice of Double-qualifi ed Tutorial System in Local Universities

Abstract


As a new mechanism for local universities to actively explore the reform of application-oriented talents training mode and the application-oriented transformation and development of universities,the double-qualifi ed tutorial system is a kind of new system.In order to realize the tutorial system education and promote the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents,on the basis of defi ning the connotation of the double-qualifi ed tutorial system,the preliminary mechanisms such as management system guar-antee,tutor selection,student selection,teacher-student interaction guidance,performance evaluation incentive are constructed.The results show that the double-qualifi ed tutorial system is an eff ective talent training mode,which has certain reference value and practical signifi cance for the training of application-oriented talents in local undergraduate universities.
