Determination of Diffi culties in Open Sports Skills in Physical Education and Analysis of Breakthrough Problems

Abstract


Starting from the problems existing in the traditional physical education teaching, combined with the concept and requirements of the new national curriculum standard (2022), taking physical education in primary and secondary schools as an example, this paper analyzes the diffi culties in open sports skills teaching, and proposes that the diffi culties in sports skills teaching should be defi ned from both teachers and students, and the teaching diffi culties should be used as a breakthrough in teaching design, so as to achieve the expected teaching eff ect.
