The Impact of Big Data Environment on College English Education

Abstract


Big data technology can enhance the quality of college English education by providing teachers with abundant teaching resources, streamlining teaching processes, and improving students’ learning effi ciency. However, a thorough analysis of the current state of college English education in the context of big data has revealed several challenges. To address these challenges,developing strategies to enhance teachers’ self-efficacy, foster students’ self-directed learning, and improve teachers’ professional competencies is crucial.
