Abstract


Corporate governance is one of the significant elements in the current global economic activities. This paper has pre-sented the definition of corporate governance, corporate citizenship, and the board of directors.it introduced shareholder model and stakeholder model countries,UK, US and Japan, the differences and similarities of models have been displayed.
