Research on the University-enterprise Cooperation Mechanism Based on Industry-education Integration and Collaborative Education

Abstract

With the continuous development of the society, higher requirements have been put forward for talent training. The traditional school-running mode has been unable to meet the current social development needs, which has derived a variety of school-running modes. The school-enterprise cooperation is a popular school-running mode in colleges and universities, which has a remarkable eff ect on the training of skilled talents. It can meet the needs of social transformation and development for college talent training. However, the operation mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation carried out by universities is imperfect,so the expected eff ect of school-enterprise cooperation is not achieved, which reduces the effi ciency of talent training in Chinese universities. Based on this, this paper specifi cally studies the university-enterprise cooperation mechanism of industry-education integration and collaborative education for reference for colleagues from all walks of life.
