Cultivating and Leading College Students’ Awareness of Social Responsibility with Traditional Chinese Culture

Abstract


China has a rich traditional culture accumulated over five thousand years of history, and it is full of profound value connotations summed up by countless wise saints. The sense of social responsibility changes with the development of society and the times, but patriotic emotion is engraved in the soul of every Chinese. In the teaching process of the application-oriented colleges and universities, it is essential to educate students with culture. Through research to understand the current application-oriented College students’ mastery of traditional Chinese culture, we can innovate the emotion-oriented model of patriotism education according to the preferences of the research objects, which are also the breakthrough points for optimizing their training target value orientation education. The various educational activities at all levels, centered on the traditional Chinese culture, are to effectively inherit the culture according to the actual needs, it is an in-depth exploration of the intrinsic value of the culture and an effective guidance to the development of the social responsibility awareness of college students from patriotic emotional education.
