Analysis of Applied Talent Training Mode in Local Universities under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract

With the modern social education field reform and development and innovation, in the new engineering background, the local colleges and universities in China should find their own positioning, to improve the field of education teaching plays a positive role, should have the unique characteristics and make full use of resources, truly meet the needs of modern society enterprise demand for high quality talents, and promote the development of local social economy. Therefore, this paper clarified the importance of improving the previous local universities and put forward the strategy of local universities under the new engineering background.
