Jurisprudence Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Copyright Issues

Abstract


Concerning the disputes in copyright fi eld aroused by artifi cial intelligence products, it is suggested to fi rst improve law analysis method from the jurisprudence level for the purpose of properly positioning AI in current legal system and clarifying their relations. By doing so, we can have current legal system more applicable to AI without damaging its stability.
