Research on the Scale Layout of Modern College Teachers Based on Multi-dimensional Measurement

Abstract

Education, science and technology, talents are the basic and strategic support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country. “Talent is the first resource” and “talent leads and drives” to ensure education that satisfies the people,we must thoroughly implement the strategy of strengthening China through talent, respect labor, knowledge, talent and creativity,and improve the strategic layout of talent. In this paper, on the basis of in-depth study and understanding of the spirit of the Party’s twenty report, from the student teacher ratio, teaching workload, subject development layout and other dimensions of the scale of the distribution of college teachers to calculate and research, further deepening the reform of personnel distribution system,scientific and reasonable allocation of college human resources.
