The Influence of Technology on Higher Calligraphy Education

Abstract


Chinese calligraphy is a traditional art and culture with Chinese characters as its carrier. In the context of the new era,the current higher education system of calligraphy has become very mature in the country, but with the development of information technology, the traditional teaching-based calligraphy education in colleges and universities has been affected in various aspects,such as teaching philosophy and methods, and the reform of calligraphy teaching in colleges and universities is imminent. This paper analyses the current situation of calligraphy teaching in colleges and universities today and proposes different strategies for teaching calligraphy education in colleges and universities in the back of the multimedia era, hoping to provide ideas for the reform of calligraphy education and teaching in colleges and universities.
