Research on the Training and Education Mode of “Four in one” for the Development Quality of Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges -- Take Ningbo Polytechnic as an Example
Abstract
The development and training of student Party members in higher vocational colleges is one of the important work contents of ideological and political workers, but also an important basic work of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities. The necessity of improving the development quality of party members in higher vocational colleges is analyzed,and the existing problems of improving the development quality of party members are discussed. Through the “Red Tour” Party member training room of “learning company”, “experience camp”, “information group”, “dedication army” and other four measures to improve the quality of student party member development, do a good job in party member development.
