A Probe into Vocational College Public English Effective Classroom Teaching Strategies Based on New Course Standard

Abstract


English is a language major and an indispensable tool in modern society. However, the new curriculum standard points out that “education should pay attention to students’ career development and respect their individualized development.” Based on the characteristics of public English in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the eff ective teaching strategies of public English in higher vocational colleges.
