An Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Training Engineering Ability of Teachers in Engineering Colleges and Universities

Abstract


College engineering education plays an important and irreplaceable role in the process of building an innovative coun-try. At present, there are still some problems and deficiencies that cannot be ignored in engineering colleges and universities to strengthen the training of teachers’ engineering ability. It is of great practical signifi cance to strengthen the research on the prob-lems and countermeasures of strengthening the training of teachers’ engineering ability in engineering colleges and universities.On the basis of in-depth research on the theoretical viewpoints and research results of relevant references, it uses the relevant the-ories of higher education, literature, logical analysis and other methods to conduct research and analysis, and briefl y explains the important significance of strengthening teachers’ engineering ability training in engineering colleges and universities. This paper summarizes the main problems existing in strengthening the training of teachers’ engineering ability in engineering colleges and universities, and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the training of teachers’ engineering ability in engineering colleges and universities, hoping to provide some reference for the related research and practice of strengthening the training of teachers’engineering ability in engineering colleges and universities.
