Current Situation and Path Selection of Mental Health Education in Art Colleges

Abstract

The personnel density of colleges and universities is very high, and once the virus spreads, it will have a huge impact on the physical health and mental health of all teachers and students. Due to the particularity of the student group of art colleges and universities, mental health education must be carried out in a scientific and orderly manner to eliminate the negative impact of the spread of the virus on students’ hearts. To this end, art colleges and universities should be aware of the current status of mental health education, such as art students are vulnerable groups, psychological education situation has not formed, and mental health education forms are single. In order to eff ectively solve this problem, colleges and universities can take the following relevant measures, such as improving mental health intervention programs, mental health education path innovation, sports and art inter-vention in mental health, etc. This paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and new work path of mental health education for college students in art colleges.
