The Dilemma and Strategy of Informatization Reform of College Student Management

Abstract


Into the information age, college students’ way of life, learning, entertainment, all show new characteristics. For the management of college students, there should be new ideas and new methods, not conformist, deviate from the demands of students. This paper mainly focuses on the dilemma and strategy of informatization reform of college student management, and introduces in detail: Improve the information conditions, enhance the comprehensive management ability, strengthen the evaluation and supervision of these measures, hope the university staff to seek truth from facts, correctly understand the dilemma of student management work, and through a reasonable path, quickly out of the dilemma, more scientific deployment of student management work, more humanized student management work, pay attention to the development of university students, We should care about the life and thinking of college students, so that every college student can study actively, love knowledge and love life.
