Study on the Physical Education and Health Promotion Mode of Students from Special Groups in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Sports and Medical Integration

Abstract

This paper uses the literature method to sort out the research status of sports health promotion of students from special groups in colleges and universities under the background of sports and medical integration, and analyzes the practical needs of sports health promotion of students from special groups in colleges and universities. Studies show that the special sports “medical fusion” sports health promotion is through the way of medical health intervention for accurate support of special groups, realize the special sports group physical education in colleges and universities from “traditional sports care” to “+” medical fusion mode transformation, combining sports and medicine, promote the institutions of higher education in special population students ‘health,to improve the students’ quality of life and academic achievement has great potential.
