Research on the Impact and Innovative Measures of Human Resource Management Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Era of Big Data

Abstract


With the rapid development of social economy and the reform of education system, the competition among higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more fierce. Human resource management is related to teachers and teaching level in higher vocational colleges. In the era of big data, the requirements for human resource management in higher vocational colleges are gradually increasing. In order to meet the needs of talent training in various industries in the new era, the quality and level of human resource management must be comprehensively improved. Therefore, this paper analyzes the necessity of human resource management reform in higher vocational colleges in the era of big data, and puts forward the innovation path to improve human resource management for reference.
