The Effective Penetration of People-oriented Concept in the Management of College Education

Abstract

With the development and change of the new era, education management has also deepened reform, education in the new context emphasizes the concept of “people-oriented”, college education has always been the focus of national education development, especially in education management should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ personality anduniqueness,effi ciently promote the high-quality development of students. Focusing on the concept of people-oriented education, this paper studies how colleges and universities can more eff ectively penetrate the concept of “people-oriented” education in education management, in order to better promote the comprehensive and personalized development of college students.
