Research on the Countermeasures to Improve the Employment Quality of Graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

The number of graduates from higher vocational colleges and universities is at a record high ,and the competition for employment is getting more intense. How to ensure the employment quality of higher vocational graduates is a new issue facing universities nowadays and a critical problem that needs to be solved. Through analyzing the current employment situation and issues of senior graduates, this paper puts forward countermeasures such as improving talent training programs, strengthening education on employment concept and increasing guidance on employment and entrepreneurship, aiming to provide practical guidance suggestions to improve the employment quality of senior graduates, so as to realize smooth employment.
