Talent Training Model of the College System in Universities Under the”three”Education System

Abstract

In the context of the”three”education(full staff education,full process education,and all-round education),the talent culti-vation of the college system has achieved the improvement of educational models,educational concepts,and students’autonomous abilities,and formed a new situation of”dual college collaborative education”in education management.At the same time,it also faces problems such as isolation in time and space,weakness in practice,and lagging behind in theory.It requires in-depth explora-tion and innovation from multiple aspects such as software and hardware construction,management mechanisms,and theoretical construction,to penetrate the basic task of”cultivating morality and cultivating talents”into all aspects of students’ideological and political,cultural knowledge,and social practice.
