Abstract

With the advent of electronic information era to accelerate the rapid development of Chinese higher education,university libraries to enhance, support and rapid development of higher education to provide a good guarantee. Because of the rapid spread of modern information technology, the library management of modern colleges and universities and library management personnel's comprehensive quality and service quality caused a very big challenge. Therefore, this paper mainly from the electronic information age of university library characteristics, future development and promotion of specific ways to analyze how to make university library management work in the smooth development of the rapid improvement of the comprehensive quality of university library personnel to carry on the research.
