The Discussion on the Management Method of Inpost Internship in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Production-education Integration

Abstract


Active planning of in-post internship can exercise students’ practical application ability, stimulate students’ innovation potential, at the same time, in the real internship, improve students’ comprehensive literacy. With the integration of production and education as the background, it is of great signifi cance to analyze the management method of in-post internship in higher vocational colleges. This paper mainly focuses on “requirements of in-post internship in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of production-education integration”, “diffi culties existing in the management of in-post internship in higher vocational colleges”, “improvement methods of in-post internship management in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of production-education integration”. The improvement method of in-post practice management in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of Production-education integration “is the core of the discussion. It focuses on: how to arouse students’ attention, how to improve the management mechanism, how to achieve the goal, hoping to give vocational colleges some reference, help the overall upgrade of internship management, so that students can enjoy high-quality internship experience.
