New Curriculum Standard Music Teacher Teaching Method

Abstract


With the modernization of human society, the progress and development of science and technology, there is an urgent need for higher talent quality. Music is an art of listening, therefore, in the process of carrying out music education, we must pay attention to a scientifi c and eff ective teaching method, in order to fully mobilize, active classroom atmosphere, improve students’ music quality, to achieve the best teaching eff ect. In music teaching, cultural understanding should not be ignored in particular. It is wrong to learn music only and ignore the cultural signifi cance of music itself. As a music teacher, we should update our teaching ideas and change our teaching methods. The 2022 new curriculum standard focuses on the four core qualities of aesthetic perception, artistic expression, creative practice and cultural understanding. Based on the importance of music curriculum, this paper discusses and analyzes the teaching methods and strategies of music teachers under the new curriculum standard.
