Two Reflections on Doing Well in the Arming Work of Universities

Abstract

Universities need to eff ectively carry out their arming work. They need to have a clear understanding of the situation and effectively enhance their understanding and cognition of doing a good job in the arming work of universities, accurately locate and focus on the key points of university arming work, driving the overall situation to improve, and dare to take responsibility and correctly grasp the methods of carrying out arming work in universities. Doing a good job in the arming work of universities requires scientific methods and leadership support. Universities should also attach great importance to this work, establish sound systems and organizational structures, and strengthen leadership and guidance; establish a comprehensive education and training system; strengthen management; carry out various activities; create a strong national defense atmosphere; strengthen cooperation. Only in this way can the arming work in universities be effectively promoted.
