Research on the Path of Building Learning Peer Culture with High-level Discipline Competition as the Starting Point

Abstract


Discipline competition is an important starting point for colleges and universities to realize the fundamental task of “cultivating morality and cultivating people”, and also an important platform to enhance the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of college students. The construction of learning peer culture based on high-level discipline competition can fundamentally promote students’ comprehensive quality. Nowadays, the number of college students is increasing day by day, and the ideological and political education of college students is also facing great challenges. As a “special” way of learning, university discipline competition plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students’ innovative consciousness and practical ability, training students’ teamwork spirit and stimulating students’ enthusiasm for learning. The research holds that discipline competition has positive influence on the study, psychology and personality development of college students. This paper mainly puts forward the path of building learning peer culture with high-level discipline competition as the starting point.
