Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Rural Anti-cult—Take Y County, Zhejiang Province as an Example

Abstract

At present, the new characteristics and trends of cult organizations in China penetrate into the villagers in left-behind villages and towns, showing a trend of mysterious and younger age. Therefore, it is of great signifi cance to investigate and study the status quo of anti-cult in the township areas. This survey took Y County, Zhejiang Province as an example, and investigated the people of 5 local representative villages through the combination of qualitative and quantitative survey, visiting survey and questionnaire distribution. This study is based on the investigation method, literature method, insight into the villagers understanding of cult, religion, diff erence and the cult situation, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, in order to rural revitalization under the background of solid contribution to maintain national political security and social stability.
