Exploring the Effective Path of Education Management under the Background of “Double Reduction”

Abstract


With the implementation of “double reduction”, teaching reform has begun, and the teaching work of schools has also begun a new transformation. This article uses methods such as practical summary and literature review to sort out and summarize eff ective strategies for teaching work in universities under the condition of “double reduction”, in order to improve the quality of teaching work in universities and better implement the “double reduction” work. This article fi rst analyzes the goals and importance of “double reduction”, and proposes that the ultimate goal of “double reduction” is to improve students’ physical and mental health levels and create a good learning environment; On this basis, based on the specifi c content of “double reduction”, this article analyzes how to adopt eff ective teaching and management strategies in the context of “double reduction”: ① timely transformation of teaching and management concepts, with morality as the foundation and students as the foundation. ② Strengthen the management of the class to ensure that students can learn more in the class Implement “individualized teaching” and “individualized teaching”, and do a good job of “individualized teaching” Improve students’ extracurricular internship level and enhance their extracurricular internship level.
