Research on the Construction of Ideological and Political Course Teachers in Xingtai University under the Perspective of “Four Unity”

Abstract


Under the background of education course theory research in colleges and universities across the country, in view of the actual situation of Xingtai education teachers in colleges and universities, the correct understanding of Xingtai university education courses is the key to khalid ents, and do the root of these key courses in education courses teachers, this paper stick to the core quality of education teachers, namely “political stronger, feelings, new thinking, vision to wide, self-discipline, personality is” construction, points out that the education teacher team construction is the key to good education courses and fundamental.
