Discussion on Job Burnout and Relieving Suggestions in the School

Abstract


Job burnout is an abnormal behavior or mental state induced by the constant fatigue of the work position and the increased frustration. Through the investigation of the job burnout of teachers in the school, teachers are tired of teaching, tired of life and low sense of achievement. From this result, we should attach importance to the construction of campus culture and management mechanism of the school, promote the teaching of students with intellectual disabilities in different levels, build a platform for teachers to show themselves, improve teachers’ professional sense of achievement, strengthen their psychological counseling, and let teachers experience professional happiness.
