Cultivation Path of the Development Motivation of Young Teachers in Universities under the Background of Breaking the Five Principles Only

Abstract


In recent years, due to the excessive emphasis on indicators such as papers, academic qualifications, awards, professional titles, and hats in the evaluation system of higher education, this negative trend has had a negative impact on scientific research and the development of young teachers in universities, resulting in many young teachers lacking professional development awareness and unwilling to invest in teaching and educating people. The “Breaking the Five Principles Only” aims to change the traditional education evaluation system that mainly evaluates academic qualifications, papers, projects, etc., in order to meet the needs of today’s education development and promote the self growth and development of young teachers in universities.
