The Development of Students’ Psychological Empowerment in Higher Vocational Colleges -- Based on the Theory of Psychological Capital
Abstract
The paper aims to explore how to apply the theory of psychological capital to the psychological empowerment of students in higher vocational colleges. This study investigates the infl uence of psychological capital on students’ psychological empowerment through questionnaires and deep interviews. The results show that psychological capital has a positive eff ect on students’ psychological empowerment, and the effect varies in different dimensions such as gender, grade and major. The results provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for students’ psychological empowerment in higher vocational colleges.
