Application of Project-based Learning Based on HRM Course
Abstract
Project-based Learning (PBL) is a new type of teaching model, which is teaching based on real projects to motivate students learning. Human resource management (HRM), a compulsory management course, includes six models. However, the course has plenty of theoretical content; students may need help applying. Hence, the PBL teaching model can help students apply the academic contents to practice. It also can improve students’ problem-solving skills and develop their sense of creativity and innovative abilities.
