China’s Food Security Connotation and Existing Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract


As an important strategic material, food products play an important role in social stability. COVID-19 and antiglobalization have brought food security issues to the fore. Starting with the defi nition of food security, this paper analyzes the four dimensions of food security: availability, availability, preference and sustainability. And through the data analysis of China’s grain production and consumption in recent years, summarize the problems of food security, and give targeted countermeasures.
