Abstract

Under the background of educational informatization, colleges gradually put forward the relevant concepts and application scenarios of professional innovation and integration mode, which provides a good development condition for talent training. In view of this, based on the background of educational informatization, this paper puts forward the necessity of implementing the strategy of professional innovation talents in colleges and universities, and then points out the diffi culties faced by the integration of colleges. Then, it constructs the training mode of professional innovative talents and the specifi c implementation countermeasures, hoping to promote the smooth progress of higher education reform and cultivate more excellent talents for the national development.
