Analysis of Labor Education and Innovative Development for College Students in the New Era

Abstract


Labor is the most fundamental and meaningful activity of human beings. Labor not only creates a large amount of material wealth for humanity, but also embodies the spirit of human hard work and self-improvement. Since the 21st century, the Party and the state have attached great importance to labor education. The “Outline of China’s Education Reform and Development” clearly states that “all levels and types of schools should include labor education in their teaching plans, gradually achieving institutionalization and serialization.” Entering the new era, labor education should be provided to college students, guiding them to establish correct labor concepts and positive labor attitudes, and cultivating students to form good habits of respecting and loving labor, Improve the labor skills and labor literacy of college students, and make them become socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical fi tness, aesthetics, and labor.
