The “decentralization”, “code” and “encryption” characteristics of “blockchain” technology can not only eff ectively alleviate the confusion of rights and responsibilities, poor traceability, high cost of rights protection, and unsustainable problems in traditional music copyright management, but also It can use its “early warning” ability to eliminate infringers’ infringement from the source. With the help of “blockchain” technology, the copyright management of music can become more transparent and better play the true value of its high-quality copyright. Secondly, “blockchain” is an eff ective method to deal with some new needs and problems in the current music copyright management mode.
