The Application and Practice of “MOOC + Flipped Classroom” Mode in College Gymnastics Teaching
Abstract
With the development of information technology, the online education model represented by “MOOCs + fl ipped classroom” is gradually emerging. The application of “MOOC + fl ipped classroom” mode in gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities plays an important role in improving teaching effi ciency and improving students’ independent learning ability. This paper analyzes the concept of MOOC teaching mode and fl ipped classroom mode, applies it to college gymnastics teaching, explores the implementation strategy of “MOOCs + fl ipped classroom” mode in college gymnastics teaching, and explores it in practice. The results show that the application of “MOOC + fl ipped classroom” mode can eff ectively improve students’ independent learning ability, thus improving the teaching eff ect of gymnastics in colleges and universities.
