Hua Tian, Jing Cai, Sha Zhang

Abstract

Diagnostics is a practical and skillful subject, and is a bridge course connecting clinical medicine and basic medicine. The electrocardiogram(ECG)diagnosis and laboratory diagnosis in this course are the most common auxiliary examination items in daily medical work. The doctor’s interpretation of the results(ECG reports, laboratory tests)has high clinical application value, and is a basic clinical skill that every doctor must master. It is also an important examination content for practicing physician exams. However,in practical teaching,it has been found that the theoretical knowledge points in this section are abstract, obscure, and diffi cult to understand, often becoming a“stumbling block”in many medical student practicing physician exams. To better improve the quality of teaching and the pass rate of the licensed physician examination, our school’s teaching team is guided by the licensed physician qualifi cation examination and boldly reforms and attempts to combine various online and offl ine teaching methods in the teaching of diagnostics. It is expected to fi nd a feasible path for cultivating high-quality and practical medical talents.
