Exploring the Importance of Career Planning and Pathways for College Students
Abstract
Career planning is a study and a science. This paper discusses the concept of career planning, analyzes the importance and signifi cance of career planning for college students in the VUCA era, and proposes the paths and methods of career planning for college students: knowing oneself and one’s occupational environment is the prerequisite for career planning; making decisions and taking actions is the key to career planning.
