Research on the Intensive Layout of Industrial Space under the Background of Qianhai Cooperation Zone Expansion

Abstract

The extension of the Qianhai Cooperation Zone has alleviated the shortage of land in Qianhai to some degree, providing unprecedented prospects for the growth of industries in the area. After expansion, however, the Qianhai Cooperation Zone is still responsible for this enormous strategic task in terms of unit area. This paper formulates the direction of intensive residential development of the Qianhai industrial space development model, particularly in four senses of modern advantageous service industry upgrading.
