Discussion on Student Education Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Situation of Schoolenterprise Cooperation

Abstract

With the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation, higher vocational colleges are gradually forming a new type of employment-oriented vocational education system while implementing school-enterprise cooperation, which puts forward new requirements for the student education management in higher vocational colleges. Student education administrators should change their thoughts, timely grasp the new characteristics of students, and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of students. How to further adjust the relationship between schools and enterprises, in order to improve the teaching quality, improve the management methods of students, so that they can establish the correct three views in the youth period, and better serve the development of modern economy and society, is an important issue between vocational colleges and enterprises at present. Under the new circumstances, the concept, management method and system of student work in higher vocational colleges need to be reformed to establish a new model of student work in higher vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper fi rst briefl y analyzes the relevant overview of school-enterprise cooperation, then analyzes the new characteristics of student education management in higher vocational colleges under the situation of school-enterprise cooperation, and fi nally expounds the strategies of student education management in higher vocational colleges under the situation of school-enterprise cooperation from many aspects, so as to provide reference for relevant people.
